Holiday courses

At Christmas and Easter, Cheikh offers holiday courses in his country, Senegal. Here you have the opportunity to get to know traditional African dances and rhythms as well as the country and its people!

Accomodation

Holiday courses are held at the Center of African Culture or at the beach. Board and lodging are available at the hotel integrated into the Center!

Dance and percussion

Dancing classes are held every day for about 2 hours. They are accompanied by African percussionists.

Percussion courses are held by Cheikh on the center's roof-deck in the evenings.

Additional activities

Tours to the Island of N'Gor with its beach, to the Village Artisanal and to the Museum I.F.A.N. in Dakar, to the "Pink Lake", the wildlife sanctuary of Badiar, to the Petite Côte and the Island of Gorée can be organized on demand.
The Center of African Culture also offers African Fashion (tailor's workshop), traditional hairdressing, sports and African medicine, all open to the participants of the classes.

Specials

Single rooms can be booked for additional charge .
We grant reduction for children.
Transfer from the airport and back is 10€.
